What is "crean mate"?

How to use the crean mate
1)Please put a little oil on crean mate at first because the cutlery is not rusted by oil.
Please use the vegetable oil. An animal oil is not good for all plants.
I recommend the camellia oil for the cutlery .
2)After that, please remove the stain by the same way that you erase a word with an eraser.
